For 22 years we spend our holidays in Mauterndorf and for 22 years we return in the evening at Brunnerwirt ein.Wir enjoy again and again this wonderful hospitality and very delicious and extremely tasty food. Kurt and Rita Geisler

On Shrove Tuesday with the 3 Inge (borg) 's and the pastor at the regulars table ... Thanks to the landlady ... and thanks to the waitress and the kitchen for an excellent dinner after a long day of skiing in the Lungau .. .👍🏻😉 ... we will definitely be back ... you really feel welcome as a guest😁👍🏻

Small inn with very good food. The selection is good and you will always find something. The portions are also huge.

Very small inn with a very limited number of seats. Reservation is recommended. The quality of the dishes is excellent and the portions large enough. The cutlets are still baked out in the pan. The staff is very friendly and tried hard. The landlady ensures that every guest feels like a king, even if you should plan a little waiting time for a seat even when making a reservation. But then there is also a schnapps on the house.

Very good, home-style cuisine.The portions are very generous, the food delicious.The price is moderate, which is particularly rare in the middle of a holiday region.The waitresses are friendly and the restaurant is very nicely furnished in a rustic style.We come here to eat at least once each time we visit Mauterndorf because it's really worth it!

For more than 3 0 years we spend the summer in Mauterndorf. We always go to the Brunnerwirt for food. Every year we look forward to the friendly reception and the delicious food: Secret tip - a wonderful Kaiserschmarrn, a wonderful Kasknödlsuppe and a variety Schnitzerln. We feel at home here, all guests are treated very attentively, the prices are cheap, the portions large. Heart, what do you want more

The food is very good, cooked well and plentiful.The restaurant is located right in the center of the beautiful city of Mauterndorf and the service is good and friendly.The reason I don't give 5 stars is because when dining out on the terrace none of the staff bothered to turn on a light or bring us a candle to see at least the food we were eating.

Great food and wonderful hospitality.

For decades, a stay in Mauterndorf without a visit to the Brunnerwirt, despite the most beautiful area, would only be half as enjoyable. The personal welcome, the effort to still find a place for the guest when the restaurant is full, the friendliness of Michaela, the soul of the dining room, gives you the good feeling of coming home. The dishes are plentiful and of the best quality, as you would expect from a good inn. If the kitchen closes from 2 p.m. until evening, that is understandable. The Brunnerwirt is a family business where everyone does their best from early morning until late at night. For this reason there is only this one dining room. And that is important in order to maintain the quality and comfort. I look forward to next time!
